Gluten-free chocolate coconut scones

These delicious Chocolate coconut scones are a great combination of healthy simple and delicious. By using hOMe Grown’s U-Bake Pumpkin Chia bread you save on time and ingredients! The variations are endless and they are SO EASY to make.

Ingredients

1 package U Bake Pumpkin Bread Mix

½ cup sweetener of your choice

½ cup sugar free chocolate chips

½ cup sprouted walnuts

½ cup ribbon coconut

1 tsp true cinnamon

½ tsp sea salt

1 ½ cups nut or seed mylk

¼ cup melted coconut oil

Mindful Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F 

  2. Combine all ingredients and let sit for a moment to bind

  3. Scoop and press onto greased or parchment lined sheet

  4. Bake 35-40 mins and allow to cool
